The task involved creating a conceptual logo for a selected cultural institution in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The current logo of the institution I chose, the Polish Theatre in Bydgoszcz (currently operating under the name "teatr polski bydgoszcz"), is based on bold, modernist typography. My concept redefines its meaning by giving it a serif character using the Adobe Caslon typeface, complemented by a modern logo that references the ancient traditions of theater. The project was created as part of a course on visual identity design at the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology.
